Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academics.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience; Cal OSHA experience required.
• Class action or public sector experience a plus.
• Admitted to practice law in the State Bar of the Associate's primary office.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide clients on workplace safety compliance and Cal OSHA.

• Build relationships with regulatory agencies and influence policy development.
