Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an associate in Los Angeles, CA with at least two years of experience in employment litigation or OSHA matters. The role dedicates at least 50% of time to supporting the Workplace Safety Practice Group.

The candidate will draft and respond to discovery, argue motions, take and defend depositions, and manage related pleadings while advising on safety enforcement actions and compliance issues in a dynamic firm setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with workplace safety enforcement actions by Cal/OSHA, Federal OSHA, or other state OSHA plans preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Admission to the California Bar.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Draft and argue motions and other briefs.
• Take and defend depositions.
