Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an OSHA Associate Attorney in Seattle, WA to support workplace safety and health compliance with OSHA regulations and manage related labor and employment matters.

The ideal candidate has a J.D., 3+ years of employment litigation experience, OSHA experience, and admission to the State Bar. Class action or public sector experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience preferred; OSHA experience required.
• Admitted to practice law in the State Bar of the Associate's primary office.
• Class action or public sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide business partners on environmental and workplace safety compliance requirements.
• Manage outside counsel and vendors on global EH&S issues and create programmatic opportunities to address risk.
• Develop relationships with regulatory agencies and influence policy development.
• Handle litigation related to workplace safety and discrimination matters per OSHA regulations.
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediations.
• Provide crisis management to clients dealing with workplace safety and health matters.
