Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems seeks a field-facing professional to lead therapy development awareness and education of providers within designated territories. The role supports referral development and engages with PCPs, internal medicine and cardiology to improve patient pathways for OSA therapy.

Travel within the territory is required, with collaboration to align with Territory Managers, and governance around compliant promotional communications and CRM documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• Alternatively, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry; or 2 years’ experience with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers and support territory growth through provider education.
• Develop customer confidence through education of PCPs, Internal Medicine, Cardiology and other providers who treat/manage patients with OSA.
• Engage in referral education and awareness initiatives to support provider understanding of the OSA care pathway and Inspire therapy.
• Support monthly community education programs and awareness events.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager on physician engagement and education initiatives.
• Document customer engagements accurately in CRM.
• Provide travel within territory as needed.
