Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• 1-2 years of healthcare/medical office experience preferred using EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, compile complete chart documentation, and support clinical/technical staff.
• Verify insurance benefits, collect patient payments, and relay billing policies.
• Maintain complete patient records in the EMR and ensure information is included with patient records for product delivery and claims.
