You will serve as a liaison among patients, medical staff, and administrators to ensure timely, accurate scheduling and high-quality care. The ideal candidate has an associate degree or certification in healthcare administration, 0–2 years in medical scheduling or front desk operations, and proficiency with EMR

Qualifications

• Associate degree or healthcare administration certification preferred.
• 0–2 years in medical scheduling or front desk roles preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems and scheduling software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Schedules patient appointments for consultations, tests, procedures, and follow-ups with proper resource allocation.
• Notifies patients of confirmations, cancellations, or reschedules and provides necessary instructions.
• Entrers and updates patient information in the EHR/scheduling system accurately.
