Job summary

TriHealth’s Orthopedic & Spine team is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator and Medical Assistant in outpatient orthopedics. You’ll support providers, handle scheduling, intake, vitals, and basic procedures to help patients return to activity.

This full-time role offers opportunities to develop clinical skills across three Mason/Mason-area sites, with a $500 sign-on bonus and competitive pay based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• High School degree in healthcare required.
• Clerical work experience and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EKG.
• Experience in medical/physician office setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars across sites.
• Assist with patient intake, vitals, and basic procedures.
• Maintain medical records and coordinate with departments.
• Support providers and ensure patient flow.
