Qualifications

• High School Degree in Healthcare.
• Clerical background with general computer skills and knowledge in medical terminology.
• EKG.
• Injections.
• Venipuncture.
• Performance of common lab tests according to established CLIA guidelines and TriHealth policy.
• Experience in a medical/physician office setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments and tests for participants across multiple departments and sites.
• Coordinates patient flow and ensures timely, accurate medical records management.
• Communicates effectively with patients, providers and staff to ensure a positive experience.
• Assists physicians during examinations and treatment as needed.
• Interviews patients, records vitals, and prepares treatment rooms for procedures.
• Performs duties with flexibility and teamwork to support high-quality patient care.
