Job summary
TriHealth White Oak Family Practice is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator/Medical Assistant to coordinate appointments, support clinicians, and assist with clinical tasks. You will help patients feel welcomed and cared for throughout their healthcare journey, while maintaining accurate medical records and coordinating across departments.

Qualifications
- Clerical background with general computer skills and knowledge in medical terminology.
- Experience in medical/physician office setting.
- Ability to interpret scheduling requests and coordinate appointments.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and CLIA guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Schedule participants for specialist and routine appointments across three sites.
- Coordinate scheduling within nursing, transportation and therapy departments.
- Communicate with customers and relay messages to appropriate staff.
- Assist physician in examination and treatment; prepare treatment rooms.
- Interview patients, record vital signs, and maintain medical records.
- Cross-train to perform duties to enhance efficiency and patient care.
