Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred for advancement.
• Experience in healthcare leadership and budgeting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage and balance provider templates to optimize utilization and productivity.
• Oversee quality metrics, patient safety, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the service line in recruitment and monitor provider renewals.
• Drive consumer experience with performance oversight and action plans.
• Lead team engagement and ensure mandatory training completion.
• Monitor workflow efficiency and hold line leaders accountable for outcomes.
• Manage disciplinary actions and conduct leadership rounding with staff.
• Review renewals and conduct renewal discussions with providers.
