Qualifications

• 5+ years in a healthcare leadership role.
• Experience in medical records, coding and reimbursement is preferred.
• Experience in Physician Practice management and multi-site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manages and balances provider templates for optimized utilization and productivity.
• Evaluates and manages quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety.
• Represents the service line during recruitment, identifying needs for new providers.
• Focuses on consumer experience through oversight of performance and action plans.
• Leads team engagement and ensures mandatory training compliance.
• Oversees workflow optimization for providers and staff and drives financial performance.
• Reviews provider renewals and conducts renewal discussions.
• Manages capital planning and collaborates with facilities for capital requests.
• Partners on strategic and operational plans including space planning and growth.
