Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year medical office or related customer service experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-register/register patients with accurate demographics and financial data.
• Collect patient balances, co-payments and co-insurance payments.
• Verify coverage and obtain prior authorizations and referrals as needed prior to arrival.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with departmental coverage.
• Manage daily appointment schedules and follow up with referrals as needed.
