Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Sr. Transformation Associate for the MSK service line. The role focuses on driving strategic initiatives, transforming operations, and delivering measurable improvements across care teams and facilities.

The position requires partnership with a physician-led team, data-driven decision making, and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Hybrid work with on-site Downers Grove accommodations is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• Two+ years of experience in consulting or healthcare.

Sr. Transformation Associate - MSK Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday: Hours will vary. Hybrid - Must be willing to work on-site in Downers Grove. Lead transformational initiatives that shape the future of healthcare.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

• This position will support strategic transformation initiatives at Duly, driving change, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring successful execution of key business transformation initiatives specific to our musculoskeletal service line.
• The Senior Associate will support the execution and monitoring of key transformation projects and collaborate across diverse teams while developing and leading strategic analysis for Duly.
• The Sr. Associate, Transformation under the supervision of the Director, Transformation will: Execute transformation initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals Translate strategy to operational tactics through focused efforts/actions that will have greatest strategic impact Diagnose, structure, and develop options for resolving business problems with an unwavering commitment to deliver those initiatives Work cross- functionally with multiple teams to analyze and execute strategic initiatives, including M&A, transformation management office, and targeted growth strategies. Support project management for select enterprise initiatives, including partnerships, real estate, operations KPI tracking, etc. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Implement project management best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness Develop framework and reporting capabilities for Key Performance Indicators for Duly Lead market research, strategic analysis, and financial/ operational analysis to drive insights for key enterprise decisions Utilize data analytics and insights to measures the impact of transformation initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in consulting or healthcare required.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $99,000-$149,000, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
