Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant business experience in healthcare/medical devices or related field.
• Orthopedic experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Management Strategy: develop global lifecycle plans for products and systems and align with cross-functional programs.
• Copy Approval and Compliance: lead review/approval of promotional materials with regulatory and legal teams.
• General Business Support: build relationships with internal partners and respond to sales and customer needs.
• Commercial Results: help achieve sales, gross profit, and inventory targets; manage expenses.
