Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other applicable software.
• Working knowledge of physician practice management.
• Knowledge of basic fiscal management and human resource management practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain exemplary patient satisfaction.
• Ability to serve as key individual onsite to resolve patient concerns.
• Ability to be detailed oriented as required in the examination of clinical and numerical data.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct support to front office or back office.
• Prepares reports and correspondence pursuant to physician practice daily operations as required.
• Coordinates the daily operations of the physician practice site.
• Recruits, orients, counsels and evaluates a team of engaged employees to assure quality patient care.
• Serves as liaison for patients, government agencies and third-party payers for onsite contact for individual practice sites.
• Serves as liaison between administration and physicians and staff.
• Assures staff knowledge and compliance with HIPAA and OSHA policies and procedures.
• Leads quality initiatives and safety functions.
• Leads activities to promote employee engagement as team members.
• Proficiently uses IDX and other computer applications to achieve optimum patient care efficiencies.
• Assists in the monitoring of the practice site revenue generation and expense allocations.
