Job summary

medi USA is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for the Orthopedics & Footcare division in the Piedmont Triad region (Greensboro, High Point, Burlington). The role focuses on daily sales and product support to customers and sales reps nationwide, with close collaboration to educators and sales leadership.

The position requires strong sales, communication, and CRM skills, plus willingness to learn about clinical product lines.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred (Business, Science, or related field).
• Experience in sales, customer service, account support, healthcare, or business development is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, and a CRM system is helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Transferable skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily sales and product support to customers and sales representatives.
• Building relationships with existing customers and following up with prospects and qualified leads.
• Generating, qualifying, entering, and routing leads from conferences, trade shows, and other sales activities.
• Documenting customer, prospect, and sales activity in our CRM system.
• Assisting with orders, product literature, approved samples, and conference preparation.
• Learning and maintaining knowledge of our Orthopedics & Footcare product line.
