Job summary

medi USA is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support the Orthopedics & Footcare division. The role is full-time and on-site in the Piedmont Triad area (Greensboro, High Point, Burlington, and surrounding areas).

You will provide daily sales and product support to customers and sales representatives nationwide, build relationships, and help with orders, product literature, and conference preparation while learning our product line.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred (Business, Science, or related field).
• Experience in sales, customer service, account support, healthcare, or business development is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, and a CRM system is helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Transferable skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily sales and product support to customers and sales representatives.
• Build relationships with existing customers and follow up with prospects and qualified leads.
• Generate, qualify, enter, and route leads from conferences, trade shows, and other sales activities.
• Document customer, prospect, and sales activity in our CRM system.
• Assist with orders, product literature, approved samples, and conference preparation.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of our Orthopedics & Footcare product line.
