Job summary

Paragon 28, a Zimmer Biomet company, is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to drive direct sales within an assigned territory. This full-time role is home-office based, requires travel to clinical sites and trade shows, and operates with a commission-based compensation structure.

The ideal candidate has strong sales aptitude, excellent communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work autonomously within a geographic territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; may consider commensurate experience in lieu of education.
• Prior orthopedic sales experience preferred; and/or ability to learn and understand orthopedic concepts quickly
• Strong sales aptitude and good communication skills; must have valid driver’s license and be able to drive up to 40k miles/year within territory.

Responsibilities

• Attain direct sales goals and objectives through a sales plan in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, doctors, nurses, and staff.
• Travel to clinical sites, trade shows, and education events to support product adoption.
• Coordinate with customers to plan and execute local educational and sales events.
• Aggressively solicit orders and manage territory progression with regular reporting.
