Zusammenfassung

Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center is seeking a Clinical Medical Assistant / Orthopedic Technician for the Highlands Ranch Clinic. You will provide hands-on patient care support to licensed providers and act as a liaison between patients and the care team, ensuring efficient clinic flow and high-quality orthopedic and spine care.

You will work with top spine specialists in a supportive, forward-thinking practice dedicated to improving patients' quality of life in the Denver area.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or Certified Orthopedic Technician program.
• Minimum 2 years orthopedic or musculoskeletal clinical experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years medical office or clinical experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare patients for clinic visits, escort to exam/imaging rooms, provide gowns, and assist with positioning.
• Document patient histories, vital signs, and data in the EMR.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures (dressing changes, cast/splinting, suture/staple removal, injections prep).
• Order X-rays and diagnostic imaging per provider order; upload outside results as needed.
• Generate and enter prescription, imaging, rehabilitation, DME, and injections orders as directed.
• Schedule follow-up visits, procedures, injections, and referrals.
