Job summary

Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center is seeking a Clinical Medical Assistant / Orthopedic Technician for the Highlands Ranch Clinic. You will provide direct patient care support to licensed providers, helping maintain smooth clinic flow while delivering high‑quality spine and orthopedic care.

The role requires strong EMR skills, orthopedic terminology knowledge, and excellent communication with patients and care teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or Certified Orthopedic Technician program preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years orthopedic/musculoskeletal clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for clinic visits and accompany to exam/imaging rooms.
• Document histories, vitals, and clinical data in the EMR.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures (dressing changes, casting, sutures).
• Order X-rays and upload outside imaging as needed.
• Generate orders for prescriptions, imaging, DME, and injections.
• Schedule follow-ups, procedures, and referrals with providers.
• Coordinate surgery scheduling per Panorama protocols and obtain necessary clearances.
