Job summary

Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians and clinical staff in a fast‑paced orthopedic environment. You will prepare patients for examinations, assist with procedures such as casting and wound care, and maintain accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• MA certificate or completion of accredited MA program preferred.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
• Current CPR certification (CPR/BLS).
• Two years orthopedic experience preferred.
• Three years medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for visits and assist with examinations.
• Interview patients and record medical histories.
• Assist clinicians during examinations and procedures.
• Perform dressings, vital signs, blood draws, casts/splints.
• Document in EMR within 24 hours of visit.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate tests/procedures.
• Maintain exam rooms and sterilize instruments.
