Zusammenfassung

Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide patient care support, assist licensed providers, and coordinate preoperative and postoperative activities across the orthopedic team.

The role requires strong communication, HIPAA compliance, and familiarity with EMR systems; prior orthopedic experience is preferred. Full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS certificates

Aufgaben

• Prepare patients for visit and assist with examination and imaging procedures.
• Interview patients and record medical histories; may order x-rays per protocol.
• Assist providers during examinations; may perform injections, casting, splinting, and wound care.
• Generate orders for prescriptions, imaging, rehabilitation therapy, and input into EMR.
• Schedule follow-up appointments, tests, results, procedures, and injections.
