Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures with hospitals, surgery centers, physicians, and patients.
• Communicate with patients and families regarding scheduling, prep instructions, and procedural information.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and pre-certifications for procedures and related services.
