About the Role

As an Orthopedic Surgical Sales Representative, you will become a trusted clinical and business partner to orthopedic surgeons and their teams. You’ll provide technical support during surgical procedures, educate healthcare professionals on innovative Arthrex technology, and help grow your territory by delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

No two days are the same. You’ll spend time in operating rooms, physician offices, and ambulatory surgery centers learning the clinical and business aspects of orthopedic medical device sales while helping surgeons deliver better outcomes for their patients.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support during orthopedic surgical procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physician offices, surgery centers, and hospital staff.
• Become an expert on the Arthrex product portfolio through hands‑on training.
• Introduce new technologies and educate customers on Arthrex products.
• Grow business through exceptional customer service and relationship management.
• Coordinate inventory, case coverage, and surgical logistics.
• Participate in surgeon education programs, team meetings, and customer events.
• Continuously develop your clinical and sales expertise through ongoing education.
