Mercy Clinic Orthopedics Southfork is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Navigator to guide patients through their orthopedic care journey, from initial consultation to surgery, recovery, and follow-up.

In this role, you will coordinate care with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams, provide education, monitor progress, and help patients access timely, high-quality services within Mercy's care model.

Qualifications

• Coordinate care across evaluation, treatment, surgery and recovery.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures and post-operative care.
• Facilitate communication among patients, providers and care teams.
