Austin Orthopedic Institute seeks a motivated Physical Therapist to join our new, state-of-the-art orthopedic rehabilitation clinic in Georgetown, Texas. You will work with fellowship-trained surgeons to deliver thorough, patient-centered care from the operating room through return to sport.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy License (or eligibility).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy from the operating room through return to sport.
• Collaborate with fellowship-trained surgeons for coordinated patient care.
• Deliver 60-minute evaluations and manage a 10–12 patient daily caseload.
• Participate in mentorship, professional development, and advanced orthopedic education.
• Observe surgeries in the operating room to enhance rehab progression understanding.
• Support a patient-centered, evidence-based care approach.
