Job summary

ExecuSource is assisting a well-established outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine practice in Austin, TX in hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist. The role is direct-hire with a focus on long-term growth within a multi-clinic organization. Expect 1–5 years of outpatient ortho experience and opportunities in sports medicine.

Base pay ranges from $80,000 to $86,000 annually. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with no routine evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Strong communication and patient relationships are essential.
• Team-based collaboration in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy to diverse patient populations.
• Manage caseload with autonomy while coordinating with physicians and teammates.
• Contribute to patient education and documentation.
