Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Demonstrates strong patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to orient, educate and guide staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Review physician's referral and patient condition to determine PT treatment.
• Test and measure strength, ROM, and functional capacity; adjust treatment plans.
• Administer manual and therapeutic exercises to restore function and reduce pain.
• Instruct and motivate patients in activities and use of assistive devices.
• Plan and document treatment programs and progress in patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to coordinate care.
