Green Oaks Physical Therapy is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to join our clinician-owned practice in Texas. You will provide evidence-based, one-on-one care for orthopedic and sports medicine patients, collaborating with an experienced team to achieve excellent outcomes.

We offer a strong mentorship program for new graduates, competitive base salary ranging from 78,000 to 95,000 USD per year, plus a productivity bonus potential and relocation assistance to support your transition.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure if relocating).
• New graduates are encouraged to apply — mentorship program provided.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on care and therapeutic exercise programs that restore function and improve quality of life.
• Educate patients throughout their recovery to help prevent future injuries.
