Innovative Therapy Concepts is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Frisco, TX. You will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload, including surgical and non-operative patients, under a mentorship-focused environment that supports growth and professional development.

Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited PT program with licensure; you will work closely with experienced clinicians, receive CME allowances, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k match

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Must be licensed to practice physical therapy in the state.
• Strong patient-care focus with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review physician referrals and patient records to determine PT treatment.
• Assess strength, range of motion, gait, and functional capacity; document findings.
• Plan and implement written treatment programs and adjust as needed.
• Instruct patients in exercises and home treatment to achieve functional goals.
