Innovative Therapy Concepts (ITC) is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Austin, Texas. The role involves evaluating and treating a diverse caseload of surgical and non-operative patients to restore function and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong drive to learn and grow in outpatient orthopedics.

Responsibilities

• Review physician referrals and patient condition to determine PT treatment.
• Test and measure strength, range of motion, and functional capacity; document findings.
• Plan and prepare written treatment programs based on evaluations.
• Administer manual and therapeutic exercises to improve function and mobility.
• Instruct and motivate patients and families; utilize devices as needed.
• Administer modalities (heat/cold, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, etc.).
• Evaluate progress and adjust treatments for maximum benefit.
• Collaborate with physicians and other therapists to coordinate care.
