Job summary

Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC seeks a dynamic Physical Therapist for our Mount Prospect location. You will deliver high-quality outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and work with a collaborative care team to optimize function for patients.

The role emphasizes coordinating with physicians, mentoring staff, and participating in specialty groups while focusing on a wide range of orthopedic cases. A supportive, growth-oriented environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Licensed or eligible to sit for boards in Illinois.
• Ability to lift greater than 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand and sit for sequences longer than 30 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Interpret physician orders, perform evaluations, and establish treatment plans and goals.
• Update and amend treatment goals as needed during episodes of care.
• Document patient status and progress per IBJI guidelines.
• Coordinate with physicians and case managers for discharge planning.
• Supervise Rehabilitation Technicians and support staff as needed.
