Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC is seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to join our Mount Prospect location, handling a broad orthopedic caseload with strong support to focus on patient care and outcomes.

You will collaborate with physicians, participate in education programs, and pursue ongoing professional growth through residencies and seminars. A competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Licensed or eligible to sit for boards in Illinois.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift greater than 25 pounds.
• Understanding of proper body mechanics for lifting, pulling, pushing.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior outpatient rehabilitation services within a collaborative care model with physicians.
• Interpret orders, perform evaluations, and establish treatment plans and functional goals.
• Document patient status and discharge timelines per IBJI guidelines.
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians as needed.
• Maintain CEUs and licensing requirements.
• Develop positive relationships with physician teams and participate in patient care planning.
• Participate in IBJI programs and community outreach.
