Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation, working closely with physicians to optimize function and outcomes. You will deliver exceptional patient care, perform evaluations, and develop treatment plans within a collaborative care model.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Licensed or eligible to sit for boards in Illinois.
• Ability to lift greater than 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Professional writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional patient care.
• Interprets physician orders, performs initial evaluations and establishes treatment goals.
• Upgrade and amend treatment goals as necessary during the episode of care.
• Written documentation on patient status to physicians per IBJI rehab guidelines.
• Determine discharge timeline and appropriate follow up.
• Supervise Rehabilitation Technicians and staff as needed.
• Maintain billing policies and ethical billing practices.
