Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Licensed or eligible to sit for boards in Illinois.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior outpatient rehabilitation services through a collaborative care model.
• Interpret physician orders, perform initial evaluations and establish treatment plans and goals.
• Document patient status and progress for physicians per IBJI guidelines.
• Determine discharge timeline and appropriate follow-up.
• Supervise Rehabilitation Technicians and support staff as needed.
• Maintain compliance with daily paperwork and timely charting of all treatments.
