Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide superior outpatient rehabilitation services through a collaborative care model with our physicians to optimize performance and functional outcomes for patients.

New grads encouraged; we offer a competitive base salary, quarterly bonuses up to $11,500 annually, sign-on bonus, profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package including health and retirement plans, PTO, and education support.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible to sit for boards in Illinois.
• Ability to lift greater than 25 pounds.
• Professional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional patient care.
• Interprets physician orders, performs initial evaluations and establishes treatment plans and functional goals.
• Upgrades and amends treatment goals as necessary during the episode of care.
• Written documentation on patient status to physicians per compliance guidelines.
• Determine discharge timeline and follow-up; supervise Rehabilitation Technicians as needed.
• Maintain daily paperwork and ensure timely documentation in patient charts.
• Adhere to billing policies and ethical billing practices.
• Maintain active state license by earning CEUs through courses and IBJI opportunities.
• Develop positive relationships with physician teams and participate in IBJI programs.
