Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and apply appropriate therapies.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
