Vista Physical Therapy in Arlington, TX, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic. You will provide comprehensive therapy to patients, design plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore mobility and reduce pain.

Competitive base salary $80,000-$99,000 plus monthly incentives, student loan repayment up to $25,000, and opportunities for advancement and clinical support through residency programs.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification and any state-required certifications.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish functional goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities.
• Administer therapies to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and discharge summaries.
