Job summary

Vista Physical Therapy – Fort Worth Alliance is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and apply evidence-based therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $99,000 per year (DOE), with a monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 and student loan repayment up to $25,000. Total compensation can exceed $110,000 annually, depending on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state-required certifications as applicable.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of functional abilities, goals, and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, care plans, and prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to ensure holistic care.
