Job summary

Vista Physical Therapy – Fort Worth Alliance is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Fort Worth Alliance. As part of PRN’s network, you’ll join a collaborative team dedicated to patient-centered care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and integrate them into practice.
• Delegate and utilize PTA when applicable.
• Participate in a collaborative culture aligned with our service vision.
