Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine functional goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using various therapies and modalities.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility and strength.
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, home program, and prevention.
