Job summary

Vista Physical Therapy in Flower Mound, TX is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic. Join a collaborative team dedicated to patient care and clinician success in a multi-clinic system near Dallas.

You will assess and treat patients, develop individualized plans, mentor others, and participate in growth opportunities and residency programs. Competitive base salary with incentives and loan repayment options.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification and any state-mandated regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using various techniques.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals for comprehensive care.
• Ensure timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharges.
• Stay updated on advances in physical therapy and integrate them as appropriate.
• Delegate tasks to PTA when applicable and support workload with nonclinical staff.
