Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other required certifications per state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using various techniques and modalities.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.
