Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency in the United States is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver medically prescribed PT to alleviate pain, restore function, and prevent disability after illness or injury.

You will develop individualized therapy programs using exercises, manual techniques, ultrasound and diathermy, perform diagnostic tests on muscles, nerves, and joints, guide patients through exercises and gait training, and supervise staff while training students in therapy techniques.

Qualifications

• DPT required with licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Pelvic Health certification and BLS required; further pelvic health certs preferred.
