Job summary

Health Wealth Safe is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function. You will assess patients, deliver evidence-based therapies, and collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited PT degree (DPT preferred), current state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the relevant state.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
• One to two years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates encouraged.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and deliver compassionate care.
