Role:

The Physical Therapist provides objective assessments and develops individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients, ensuring care aligns with departmental policies and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise patients directly, oversee rehabilitation technicians, and provide general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
• Perform duties that reflect the organization’s mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Requires a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, along with current state licensure and BLS certification.
• Preferred candidates have 6 months to 1 year of experience, especially with adult and geriatric populations.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and performing various physical tasks.
