Responsibilities

• Handle patient interactions with care and professionalism.
• Review referrals and coordinate services for continuum of care.
• Work with clinical and operational leaders to resolve patient access issues.
• Monitor and update appointments and schedules.
• Schedule for laser therapy and other treatments as needed.
• Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA.
