Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a professional school of nursing with current Pennsylvania licensure.
• Two years of related orthopedic and rehabilitation experience.
• Must possess professional and effective communication skills and work compatibly with all customers.
• Successful completion of applicable clearances within 90 days of commencing employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of orthopedic care from pre-operative evaluation through post-acute care.
• Establish open communication with patients and families and explain the care pathway.
• Build relationships among physicians, nursing, and ancillary departments to enhance patient experience.
• Identify patient care needs in collaboration with physicians to maximize education and outcomes.
