Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and handling appointments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for patients, ensuring timely and accurate information regarding appointments and treatment plans.
• Oversee scheduling and rescheduling of patient appointments, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
• Conduct follow-up calls with patients to confirm appointments and address questions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment progress in the patient management system.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure treatment plans are executed and patient requirements met.
• Address and resolve patient issues promptly to maintain high patient satisfaction.
• Ensure all patient interactions comply with regulations and company policies.
• Report weekly metrics on patient interactions and appointment statuses to the Practice Manager.
