You will verify information, update records, and handle add-on appointment requests while adhering to physician protocols and company policies. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• High School Diploma is required.
• 2 years of experience in a medical environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of calls.
• Intermediate data entry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Register all new patients in the computer system by obtaining demographics and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments according to patient need and physician protocol.
• Handle requests for add-on appointments per physician protocols.
• Update established patients' insurance information as needed.
• Verify patients' personal and insurance information as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company plans, policies, and procedures.
